Jacqueline is Sweet G. Communications’ founder and CEO. She has over 25 years of marketing, business development, and communications experience in the legal (top tier law firm), as well as the sports and entertainment industries. She is also the founder/executive producer of HWTP Sports Talk with David Weinstein – a podcast that discusses social issues with a sports focus at http://www.hwtpradio.com. She is also the producer of The Luke Show with hip-hop pioneer Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell. In addition, Jacqueline is the author of Podcasts: The Definitive Guide, an upcoming book on everything you need to know about podcasting.

Jacqueline was raised in New City, New York, and received a Master of Science degree in Communications from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University; a Bachelor of Science in Communications-Public Relations at Mercy College; and majored in paralegal studies at Rockland Community College (an ABA certified program).

Sweet G. Communications is named in honor of Jacqueline’s mother Gloria Parke (1940-2005). Sweet G. was the nickname given to her mother by her father Keith Parke (1936-2017), a former CBS technician.

Alison Preece

Director of Communications

Alison Preece is the Director of Communications of Sweet G. Communications. She has nine years experience in writing and communications. She has managed strategic communications for two leading law firms in New York City, a national non-profit, and several small theatre groups. Alison is adept at distilling legal jargon down to accessible, engaging copy, and she has a proven track record of positioning both major and minor legal decisions and corporate deals into the larger media landscape. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
